At Clara, we want to be absolutely sure that you are 100% satisfied with the quality of your smart shades.
If there are any problems with color, size, or function - simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your shade and we will provide you with instructions for returning your order. Clara can either provide a replacement of equal value at no additional charge, or give your money back.
If you're not sure about sizing or color, simply contact your reseller, or our support team and we will be able to assist you. If your remake cost is higher than the original order, we will only charge you the difference in the price between your old and new shade.
To qualify for this policy, you must have already received your shade order and it is required that the return product is received before we begin production of your replacement order. Prior authorization is required for returns. Return shipping is not included as part of our guarantee, and must be done at your expense.
Limit one replacement or refund per product; limited to 10 items per end-user (household or business) per lifetime.
A custom order is any product which doesn’t appear as part of Clara’s standard line of products and materials, and which has been specially ordered and produced for the client. Custom orders may not be eligible for return, due to limited availability of materials.
